If your VAT number is on file with us, your order will complete without delay, and you will not be charged UK VAT; instead you must account for it under the reverse charge mechanism. If you haven't purchased from us before, we will verify your VAT number, which will add some delay. Please contact us with your VAT number before you order to minimize any delay. Please make sure that you include your email address as well, so that we can keep you informed of free upgrades and bug fixes to the software. We don't use your email address for any other purpose, nor will we sell our customer lists to another party.

When you have completed your purchase online, you will be emailed a receipt containing your download link and your password. SWREG are very efficient, and you should have your receipt as soon as you check your email.
Please note that you will not receive a disk or any physical media when purchasing through SWREG. You should make a backup copy of the downloaded program after purchase, and make a note of your password in case you need to re-install the program.
European Union Customers
VAT will be collected at your local rate, as required by EU regulations. Prices for TopDrop including local taxes can be seen here.
US Sales Tax
Our payment processor SWREG has a physical presence in the following states: Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska and Utah. If you live in one of these states, you will have state sales tax and applicable local taxes added to your bill. This is not applied when paying with PayPal.
