Wieser Software was founded in 1998, having grown from being a sole trader since 1996.  We are based in Cambridge, England.

Our chief software engineer and architect has a Masters Degree in Artificial Intelligence, from the University of California, at Irvine, and a Bachelors in Computer Science with Computational Linguistics from the University of Wisconsin, at Madison.

Bespoke Application Development

In previous assignments, the chief engineer has been responsible for instructing members of the clients' team in technologies, such as DCOM, ATL, and C++, for impartial code reviews, and for designing and implementing new architectures and algorithms, as well as visits to end customers' sites for installation and commisioning of new products, over a period of 16 years in industry.

We have also undertaken complex application development in the fields of data acquisition and analysis, and incorporated video capture and synchronization using DirectShow into our clients applications.

Website Development and PayPal Integration

We also have experience with e-commerce sites, and can advise and help implement PayPal enabled sites using PHP scripting on your website, having customized PayPal's IPN (Instant Payment Notification) and PDT (Payment Data Transfer) for use on our website.
