Speak Text

If you ever have columns and columns of numbers to read, or have difficulty reading the screen, TopDrop can utilize the Microsoft Speech API (if it is installed) to speak the text that you drag and drop onto the speak tool.

Downloads of the Speech API can be found on the Microsoft Website.

After you install the above file, you will need to install a speech engine.

These can be downloaded from the Microsoft agent site.
