Standard Reply to Emails

With this tool, you can configure your system to reply to dropped emails from Outlook Express or any other email system that supports drag and drop in a simple text format. Remember, you can set up more than one button, to allow you to have a range of standard responses.

The software also accepts drops from Microsoft Outlook or Exchange, or from the standard .msg format.

When the email is dropped, the message is searched for a From: line and a new email is automatically generated, and displayed in an email editor, and should be addressed to the sender of the original message.  You can then edit the preconfigured message, before sending it.

You can preconfigure whether to top post, i.e. place your reply above the original message if it is included, whether to include the original subject, or change it to a new one.

Note:You may be warned that there is no email provider.

If this occurs, right click on the Internet Explorer Icon on your desktop and select Properties.

Next, click the programs tab, and select Outlook as your e-mail provider.
