Registered Version:

With the registered version, you are licensed to install and use the software on a single computer. You may transfer your license to another user by contacting us by e-mail and informing us of the details of the new user.

You are also entitled to download updates to the software at no additional charge from us, although connection charges to the internet may apply. You will be notified of updates by email for major updates, or you can check our website for minor updates.

Educational Version:

With the educational version, you are licensed to install and use the software on every computer within a single site of your organization.

Demonstration Version:

The demonstration version is limited in that it only supports the 1s, 2s, 3s, 5s, and 10s tables. You may use the demonstration version for no charge for as long as you like, but you may not make use of a modified version of the software which enables extra features, nor use it as part of any product.

This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" and without warranties as to performance or merchantability, whether expressed or implied.  Any liability of the seller shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price to the original licensee.  Should you do discover a problem, please let us know by e-mail and we will strive to put it right.  In addition, suggestions about improvements are always welcome, although we cannot guarantee that they will be implemented.
