Setting up the list of past shows
First open the file past.layout
In this file, you need only enter the following information for each item.
- The Title of the Show
- The Description of the show (usually the date)
- A longer description in the Long Description section
- A link to the show name (in the Hyperlink Field)
The initial settings in this file link to show1.
You should enter the details of the current show at the top of this list of shows, so it always stays current, and it is probably best to list the shows in reverse order.
It is also possible to open a second copy of the program, and drag an entry from one copy to the other, dragging from the future shows configuration to the past shows.
Create the list of shows.
Click the Create! button to process the list.
